At a landmark conference in Geneva, international donors pledged over $5 billion for Syria's reconstruction, marking the largest single commitment since the country's liberation.

The funds will be directed toward rebuilding housing, schools, hospitals, and critical infrastructure destroyed during the previous regime's rule.

Syrian Foreign Minister Asaad Al-Shaibani called the pledges "a historic moment for the Syrian people" and thanked the international community for their solidarity.
